LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Following their biggest win of the season, a 62-60 squeaker over TCU Sunday afternoon, the Texas Tech Lady Raiders (21-3, 8-3 Big 12) are now ranked No. 18 in the Associated Press polls released Monday morning- three places up from last week.
Other Big 12 schools include:
TCU (20-3, 8-2), 15. Baylor (19-4, 8-2), and 20. West Virginia (18-5, 8-3 Big 12).
Oklahoma State (18-5, 7-3) is receiving votes.
The Lady Raiders are now on a six-day break and will resume play 5 p.m. Saturday in Houston.
The top five includes:
1. UConn (23-0), 2. UCLA (21-1), 3. South Carolina (21-2), 4. Texas (21-2) and 5. LSU (21-2).
