Corpus Christi Police Department Public Information Officer Antonio Contreras told 3NEWS on Monday that the victim was transported to a local medical facility.

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Corpus Christi Police Department officers are currently working the scene of a motorcycle accident near the intersection of Airline Road and Holly Road. 

CCPD Public Information Officer Antonio Contreras told 3NEWS that the driver of the motorcycle was transported to a local medical facility after the crash. 

Drivers are advised to avoid the area as officers investigate.
