A major accident has shut down all but one lane of southbound U.S. 75, causing major rush hour delays.
According to the Texas Department of Transportation’s incidents map, the accident was confirmed at around 6:30 a.m.
Dallas police were on the scene to respond, per online records.
Officials said that a two-vehicle collision occurred and that Dallas Fire Rescue responded and did not transport.

Traffic cameras on U.S. 75 show traffic build up beginning at I-635, and a traffic jam from near Walnut Hill Lane to the location of the accident.
Another accident on northbound I-35 and Medical District Drive closed at least one lane and the shoulder, in addition to the frontage road, causing a backup beginning all the way around downtown Dallas.
