The man who died Friday during a shooting in his Fort Worth home has been identified, according to the Tarrant County medical examiner’s office.

Adrian Certuche, 42, died around 12:28 a.m. of a gunshot wound to the neck, according to the medical examiner’s office.

Fort Worth police were dispatched about 12:15 a.m. to a home in the 2800 block of northwest Loraine Street, where they found Certuche with multiple gunshot wounds, according to a previous statement.

Aaron Renteria, 42, was arrested Saturday in connection with the killing. According to police, Renteria was Certuche’s roommate.

As of Tuesday afternoon, Renteria remained in the Tarrant County jail with a bail amount set at $100,000, according to jail records. He faces a murder charge.
