A minor crash is causing a major backup in the eastbound lanes of Loop 820 near North Richland Hills.

NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, Texas — An incident shut down all but one lane of Loop 820 near North Richland Hills, according to TxDOT cameras in the area. 

The backup began to appear on TxDOT cameras early Monday morning near Loop 820 and Holiday Lane, and by 6:30 a.m., it extended from around Davis Boulevard to North Beach Street, according to TxDOT. 

The backup was caused by a minor three-vehicle crash, according to the North Richland Hills Police Department. Officials are waiting for tow trucks to clear the crash. 

No injuries were reported as a result of the crash, police said.Â
