After experiencing the wettest Valentine’s Day on record, the Dallas-Fort Worth region is headed toward a cloudy week. But cool? Maybe not.

Temperatures Sunday are forecast to top out at 68 degrees with northwest wind gusts as high as 25 mph, according to the National Weather Service’s Fort Worth office. It is expected to be cloudy in the morning before gradually clearing out.

Nighttime temperatures are expected to reach a low of 45 degrees.

The coming week is bringing partly sunny, partly cloudy conditions with highs in the 70s and 80s. Although there is no precipitation in the forecast for the week, the weekend could bring some showers.
