The new HRC Freedom Bridge addiction treatment facility at Arlington’s airport in Snohomish County is one step closer to fruition, as Holman Recovery Center recently signed a 50-year sublease for a 3.7-acre site, the Puget Sound Business Journal recently reported.

The facility will be situated west of the airport’s runway at 4230 Airport Blvd., on “nonaeronautical” land. Construction will begin by the end of this year, with the opening planned for early 2027, the article stated. Arlington-based Grandview will develop the project.

The 8,000-square-foot center will have 48 residential patient beds and a 12-bed detoxification program. According to the article, it will operate in partnership with Holman’s 36-bed facility in Smokey Point.

Citing county records, the article stated that Holman is subleasing the property from ground lease holder Grandview Management Services. The city of Arlington owns the property.
