EL PASO, Tx., February 16, 2026: Early voting for the March 3, 2026, primaries begin tomorrow morning. Polls open at 9:00 in most locations. Voters can vote at any location during the early voting period. To find the polling station nearest to you, visit the El Paso Elections Department early voting online map by following this link. Times are listed for each location.

There are several candidates running for several offices in each of the primaries. The following is a list of candidates in contested races. Candidates running in the Democratic Party primary are listed first. The candidates running in the Republican primary follows. All candidates are listed in the order that they appear on the ballot.
