PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – A Salem man will serve more than six years in prison after pleading guilty to sexually abusing a child under the age of 13 in Dallas, Ore.
On Feb. 9, Julius Cavada Panimdim, 38, of Salem pleaded guilty to one count of first-degree sexual abuse in a Polk County court for an incident that occurred while he was living in Dallas.

Panimdim was sentenced to 75 months in prison followed by 45 months of post-prison supervision.
He will not be eligible for an early release or sentence reduction, according to the Polk County DA’s office.
