The background
Argyle ISD’s board of trustees approved the virtual and hybrid learning options at a board meeting Jan. 20. The district is planning to use the program Edgenuity for online classes.
The new program became an option for public schools after the Texas Legislature passed Senate Bill 569, which allows school districts to receive full funding for students learning remotely, per previous reporting.
