A showdown between the TCU and Baylor women’s basketball teams will highlight ESPN’s college basketball slate next weekend.

ESPN’s College GameDay announced that it would be in Fort Worth on Sunday, March 1, for the latest meeting between the Big 12 rivals. TCU and Baylor last faced off on Feb. 12, with the Horned Frogs securing an 83-67 win in Waco.

Guard Olivia Miles played a key role in TCU’s last victory over Baylor, scoring 40 points on 13-of-28 shooting from the field. Taliah Scott led the Bears with 22 points.

Both TCU and Baylor are fighting for position at the top of the Big 12’s standings. TCU currently leads the conference with a 13-3 mark in Big 12 play, while Baylor is tied for second at 12-4.

Before they face off over the weekend, TCU and Baylor have pivotal early-to-midweek conference games on their schedules. The Horned Frogs will face Cincinnati on the road Wednesday, while the Bears face Kansas State at home on Monday.

Tip-off between TCU and Baylor is set for 3 p.m. Sunday at Schollmaier Arena.
