Original ChopShop is set to open a new location in Richardson later this year. The restaurant serves a variety of protein bowls, salads, sandwiches and all-day breakfast, as well as fresh juices and protein shakes.
The Richardson location is targeting a grand opening in late September or early October, a company representative said in an email.
