Beyond classic espresso drinks—such as espresso, cortado, cappuccino and Americano—the cafe also features seasonal matcha options, pour-overs and siphon coffee and tea. Siphon beverages are made by using heat, pressure and a vacuum effect to brew the coffee or tea in a two-chamber process.

The specialty coffee shop makes drinks using coffee roasted at local roasteries as well as from Seattle and Dubai. Most of the coffee beans are sourced from Ethiopia and Columbia while some come from Peru and Mexico, Dong said.

The food menu features avocado toast, Golden teriyaki brioche, shrimp arugula salad and more.

Throughout the year, Coffee Nutz will host a variety of events including Painting in the Dark on April 11.
