Coffee Nutz offers specialty coffee, avocado toast in McKinney
Beyond classic espresso drinks—such as espresso, cortado, cappuccino and Americano—the cafe also features seasonal matcha options, pour-overs and siphon coffee and tea. Siphon beverages are made by using heat, pressure and a vacuum effect to brew the coffee or tea in a two-chamber process. The food menu features avocado toast, Golden teriyaki brioche, shrimp arugula salad and more.
Tex-Mex eatery Judge Beans Restaurant and Cantina reopens in Keller
Judge Beans offers a variety of Tex-Mex dishes, American classics and house-made specialties like steaks and burgers. Its menu features desserts such as flan, sopapillas and fried ice cream. Some items on the restaurant’s breakfast menu include migas, breakfast tacos, eggs Benedict and cinnamon roll pancakes, according to the restaurant’s website.
Cloud Naan now serving chai, stuffed naan in Richardson
The restaurant started in Pakistan and has since expanded to several locations in Canada. This is Cloud Naan’s first U.S. location. It opened in a soft launch Feb. 13, with a grand opening planned for the future. Cloud Naan offers a range of both traditional and fusion flavors of stuffed naans, from creamy tikka to Philly cheesesteak.

The fast-casual seafood eatery, which was founded by restaurateurs Shannon Wynne and Larry Richardson, serves grilled and fried fish, sandwiches, tacos and more. Popular daily specials include all-you-can-eat catfish on Wednesdays ($22.95) and “The Preacher’s Special” with $1.50 oysters all-day every Sunday.

Little Joe’s Farmstead funds mission with farm-fresh foods
Little Joe’s Farmstead serves farm-fresh foods with all proceeds given to pediatric oncology patients and their families, owner Jim Reid said. Little Joe’s opened in Argyle on Oct. 1, 2024. It is dedicated to Reid’s son, Kevin, who lived eight years with leukemia. Reid created a menu using organic meat and vegetables to meet the needs of children dealing with allergies or who may be immune deficient due to their cancer treatments.
