The weather is warming up and we are springing into fun with lots of great events! Mark your calendar for these upcoming March events with Arlington Parks, Recreation & Culture.
Spring Break Poolooza – Friday, March 13
Join us at the East Indoor Pool for an evening of Spring Break fun from 6-8 PM! We will have fun yard games and open swim. All guests entering the pool will need to purchase tickets for $8 per person. Children 2 and under are free.

St. Patrick’s Gold Hunt – Saturday, March 14
Follow the rainbow to The Beacon Recreation Center for a lucky morning of fun starting at 10 AM! Preschoolers are invited to dress in green, search for shiny gold coins around the playground, and enjoy themed games and prizes. The cost is $5 per child, and the event is open to kids ages 5 and under.

Boots & Shamrocks Country Dance (50+ yrs) – Tuesday, March 17
Kick up your heels and celebrate St. Patrick’s Day at ACTIV starting at 5 PM with an evening of country music, your best green attire, and refreshments sponsored by CenterWell. Don’t forget to bring your best two-step, whether that’s in spirit or in practice!

Springtime Paw Prints – Saturday, March 21
Celebrate the spring season with your pup at East Recreation Center’s Springtime Paw Prints event! Using pet-safe paints, dogs will create their very own paw-print masterpiece on canvas. It’s a simple, fun way to make a lasting memory with your furry friend. We’ll provide all the supplies—and a treat or two for the artists! The cost is $15 per person.

Hoppy Tot Party – Friday, March 27
Come join us at Dottie Lynn Recreation Center for a festive morning filled with egg hunts, fun crafts, and themed activities! This come-and-go event from 10 – 11:30 AM is designated for children 5 & under, and we ask that all participants are escorted by a guardian 18 years or older.
