A new trailer for a popular reality TV series features several North Texas spots.

The trailer is for the 17th season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta and shows cast members on a trip to the Dallas-Fort Worth area. “Dallas here we come!” one of the women says in a voiceover, while they fly in a private jet.

An aerial shot of the Dallas skyline is followed by a closer view of downtown and a glimpse of the Fort Worth Stockyards. The women later walk in the Stockyards, holding hands and dressed in Western wear. “Hopefully I can find me a cowboy in Texas,” one of them says.

The footage from their visit isn’t too surprising, given that they were seen in the Stockyards in September.

The trailer also promises plenty of drama among the cast, which includes returnees Porsha Williams, Phaedra Parks, Drew Sidora, Shamea Morton Mwangi, Angela Oakley and Kelli Ferrell. Newcomers are Slutty Vegan CEO Pinky Cole and singer K. Michelle. Cynthia Bailey is back as a friend.

“With fan favorites and new faces joining the mix, friendships are pushed to their limits,” read a season announcement. “Atlanta is hotter, bolder, and more unpredictable than ever, and keeping it peachy is the ultimate challenge.”

Season 17 debuts April 5 on Bravo. New episodes drop on Peacock the day after they air on the cable network.

The series premiered in 2008 and is part of the long-running Bravo franchise. Dallas had its own edition of the show that ran for five seasons, from 2016 to 2021.
