EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — Fire Station 19 in El Paso marked International Women’s Month by making history with an all-female crew running the station for a full day.

Six female firefighters took over Station 19, staffing both rigs for a full 24-hour shift.

The El Paso Fire Department said it was the first time in the city’s history that an entire station was operated by an all-female crew.
