One of the world’s most iconic confectioners is bringing a taste of Pennsylvania to the North Texas suburbs. The Hershey Co. is officially expanding its regional footprint with a new corporate outpost in the heart of Frisco, securing a spot on the 12th floor of The Tower at HALL Park.
The move marks a significant win for Frisco’s corporate landscape, as Hershey joins a growing roster of food-and-beverage giants — including Greek yogurt leader Chobani — choosing the $7 billion HALL Park master plan as their North Texas home base.
A Multi-Million Dollar Build-Out
According to recent state filings, construction on the 16,000-square-foot office space is scheduled to begin in April 2026, with a targeted completion date in late summer.
The project carries an estimated price tag of $2.85 million, transforming the Class-AAA office space into a modern hub for the company’s regional workforce.
Life At HALL Park
Hershey’s choice of The Tower at HALL Park aligns with a broader shift toward amenity-heavy workspaces. The 16-story tower is designed to feel more like a luxury retreat than a traditional cubicle farm, offering Hershey employees:
Outdoor Access: Two private terraces on every floor and a massive outdoor hospitality deck.
Health & Wellness: An on-site fitness center and direct proximity to the 5.7-acre Kaleidoscope Park.
Hospitality Integration: Seamless access to the neighboring HALL Park Hotel, which features over 20,000 square feet of event space and a chef-driven Italian restaurant, Palato.
