A Plano man was arrested Tuesday afternoon on allegations of trespassing and aggravated battery to a police officer.
The Plano Police Department says 26-year-old Taki L. Spencer Jr. was charged with trespassing at the Plano Community Library. Police allege that while being escorted out, Spencer struck an officer. He was taken to the Kendall County Jail in Yorkville.
Spencer was also charged with aggravated battery to a police officer in mid-February following an incident at a bar in Plano.
