(CNN) – It is almost time to spring forward.
This is your reminder that daylight saving time starts this weekend, and that means you will need to set your nightstand alarm clock ahead by one hour before going to bed Saturday night.
The clock officially springs forward on Sunday at 2 a.m.
The annual change aims to make better use of daylight and save energy.
It will end Nov. 1, when clocks will fall back one hour.
