EL PASO COUNTY, Colo. (KKTV) – North Gate Boulevard between northbound I-25 and Struthers Road will be narrowed down to one lane of traffic in each direction starting Wednesday as El Paso County officials said crews will be repairing stormwater drains.
According to county officials in a press release, on Wednesday, traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction along North Gate Boulevard within the project limits as crews conduct those repairs.
Officials also said traffic within the roundabout serving northbound I-25 and eastbound North Gate Boulevard will be reduced to one lane.
Drivers should expect minor delays along North Gate Boulevard to just east of Struthers Road during this work, as shown in the map at the top of this article provided by the county.
El Paso County officials said additional traffic impacts may occur as construction progresses further east towards the North Gate Boulevard and Struthers Road intersection.
El Paso County said they will provide updates throughout the duration of the project.
