EL PASO, Texas (KFOX 14, CBS4) — The Burges Mustangs’ historic playoff run continues with a 44-40 victory over Brewer (Brewer) in the UIL 5A D2 Region Semifinals.
The Mustangs advance to the Region Final, which is the state quarterfinals. Burges will face Mansfield Summit (Arlington) at a time later this week to be determined.
Mansfield Summit defeated Andress 63-46.
