Global law firm Sidley Austin LLP recently moved into its new digs at Uptown’s tallest tower, and it’s already left its mark.
The firm took more than 118,000 square feet at 23Springs, covering the top 4½ floors of the building. Sidley’s signage was installed this weekend, giving the 26-story Class AA office tower at 2323 Cedar Springs Road a new look.
Sidley increased its Dallas footprint by over 60% with the move, the firm said.
Sidley’s Dallas office has grown to over 200 lawyers and business professionals since opening in 1996. The firm serves over 2,600 clients.

Sidley announced it was moving to the Uptown tower in 2024, leaving its former digs in the McKinney & Olive office tower.
“Growing our footprint and relocating to 23Springs reflects our longstanding commitment to Dallas,” Yvette Ostolaza, Sidley’s management committee chair, said in a statement.
“Dallas is a key market for Sidley and a hub for our leading Commercial Litigation and Disputes, FinTech, Global Finance, Healthcare, Private Equity, Restructuring, Tax, and White Collar Defense and Investigations practices. We remain focused on strategic growth by continuing to expand our team and presence in this critical region.”
Sidley is just one of several major tenants at 23Springs. Others on the roster include Swiss banking and wealth management giant UBS, Bank OZK and Deloitte.
The 642,000-square-foot development features the tower, two free-standing restaurants and a half-acre neighborhood park.
The project was delivered in August 2025. The office tower was 74% leased as of last month.
The development is a joint venture between Dallas developer and investor Granite Properties and its equity partner Highwoods Properties, a publicly traded real estate investment trust based in Raleigh, N.C.
