HOUSTON — Starting this week, condo units in Houston’s first-ever Ritz-Carlton hotel-condo development will officially hit the market.
Houston-based Deiso Moss, with support from Cleary Interests, opens the sales center for the Ritz-Carlton Hotel & Residences Houston on March 5 at 2120 Post Oak Blvd.
During a press unveiling, Andrew Deiso told the Houston Business Journal that the sales center was designed to be unlike any other one in Houston, reflecting the development team’s commitment to luxury and elegance associated with the Ritz-Carlton brand.
“The response has already been tremendous,” Deiso said. “We feel we have the best pieces of dirt in the city, and this project is really going to capitalize on the location. Houston is such a rich city that we felt it was time to bring something like this to the area.”
