Acquario Pizza Pasta Bar now offers handmade, woodfired pizzas in Keller

A new pizza spot in Keller, Acquario Pizza Pasta Bar, opened its doors in March.

What they offer

The business offers a casual dining environment to eat a variety of wood-fired pizza, fresh pasta dishes, salads and appetizers, owner Elda Rata said. Some menu items include:

Calamari Fritti, which serves calamari with marinara sauce and lemonMezzaluna, a half-pizza, half calzone dishSpaghetti al Pomodoro, a pasta dish with house-made marinara sauce and basilNoe Nicola, a pizza served with tomato sauce, mozzarella, prosciutto and arugula.The restaurant is offering a limited menu during its soft opening, according to a city of Keller social media post.

Rata told Community Impact she and her husband opened this location because of the positive feedback they have received from their first Keller Italian spot, Acquario Italian Restaurant, which opened in 2023.

She said the new sister location is intended to have a family-friendly atmosphere.

Acquario Pizza Pasta Bar opened in the same location as the former Maple Street Biscuit Company Keller location, which closed in September.
