EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — A 27-year-old man wanted on drug charges was arrested Thursday in East El Paso after he was reportedly caught after being pulled over for running a stop sign.
According to the El Paso County Constable Office Precinct Three, Andrew Orlando De La O was pulled over at the 3400 block of Kircaldy Street, near McRae Boulevard, while driving a 2007 Dodge Caliber.

During the traffic stop, deputies ran a warrant check, learning that De La O had an active warrant from the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office for possession of a controlled substance, $5,000 bond, from a case from Sept. 16, 2025.
According to jail records, De La O was booked into the El Paso County Downtown Jail on Thursday and was released Friday after posting a surety bond.
