HUGO, Okla. (KXII) – A man was flown to a Plano hospital with serious injuries after being involved in a boat crash on Hugo Lake Thursday.
Ted Jones, 73, was riding as passenger in a boat when it struck a sandbar, throwing him overboard.
Jones was struck by the boat and a propeller, and was care flighted to Medical City Plano with arm, leg, and internal injuries. He was admitted in stable condition according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
