El Paso LOVES food; when picking a place to eat, there’s many options to choose from to enjoy a tasty meal. But, if you were asked, “What would be your LAST meal?”, what would it be?

I’ll be 100% honest…I got this idea after binge watching episode upon episode from the YouTube channel Mythical Kitchen; a channel that famously has a series called Last Meals, where they interview famous celebrities about their life stories, their look up upon life and death itself, and their favorite foods.

Some big names include Terry Crews, Post Malone, Tom Hanks, Matthew Lillard, even Gordon Ramsay himself appeared on the show.

What are some El Pasoan’s ideas for last meals?

That inspired me to come up with my own last meal. After pondering upon this very deep and inspiring question…30 minutes I had my answer. Granted…it’s a little long and it’s a 3 course meal. (Might as well go big or go home)

Breakfast: classic scrambled eggs with a stack of buttermilk pancakes, ham & French toast with syrup (Powder sugar optional)Lunch: Barbecue boneless wings (from The Shack) with fries, a medium well burger on a pretzel bun with bacon, barbecue sauce, Famous Dave’s spicy pickle chips & a Dr Pepper Zero to drink.Dinner: Cheddar’s lemon pepper grilled chicken with steamed white rice, broccoli, carrots & mashed potatoes. Oh and more Dr Pepper Zero to drink. Finally for dessert, a sugar cookie pizookie from BJ’s & a French apple donut from The Glazy Donut Co.

Then again… I could get a large pepperoni pizza and I would be just fine with that.

Of course, I know that my idea of my last meal would differ greatly than someone like Buzz’s or Dubba G’s. It’s certainly different if you ask one of El Paso’s most famous actors, Alan Tudyk. HE appeared on Mythical Kitchen & gave what HIS last meal would be.

With all these different ideas for last meals, I was inspired to take the social media and ask El Pasoans what they would want for their last meal. So I present to you some of our most hilarious, inspiring, and intriguing answers for your enjoyment.
