WICHITA FALLS, Texas (KAUZ) – According to the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS), three of the most wanted criminals in Texas are back in custody following their recent arrests.
Ryan Lewis was captured in Milam County on October 15Tommie Kelly was captured in Harris County and October 22Tyler Palmer was captured in Wichita County on October 23
DPS shared the following on the three who were arrested:
26-year-old Ryan Cade Lewis was convicted of two counts of theft of a firearm in 2022 and was arrested in January 2025 for sexual assault of a child.
34-year-old Tommie Delamont Kelly was convicted of aggravated sexual assault of a child following an incident with a 12-year-old girl in 2011.
29-year-old Tyler Lee Palmer was convicted of four counts of aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury in 2021 and sentenced to five years of probation for each offense. In 2022, he was convicted of possession of a controlled substance and subsequently sentenced to three years of probation.
DPS said that no Crime Stoppers reward will be paid out for any of the three arrests.
