LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – DISH Network customers could lose access to KCBD on Tuesday, March 10 at 6 p.m. CDT unless a renewal agreement is reached soon.
If an agreement is not reached, DISH will pull KCBD from its lineup Tuesday evening. This means DISH customers will no longer have access to The Voice, Sunday Night Basketball, NBA Coast 2 Coast, Dateline and other NBC programming. They would also lose access to KCBD local newscasts, including First Alert severe weather coverage, Hoops Madness, RaiderZone and our other local programming.
If you’re a DISH customer, you can help make sure the shows and news you love remain in their lineup by contacting them at 800-333-3474.
DISH has often disrupted access to local television stations in recent years, but viewers have options through other services.
Those include DIRECTV and Optimum, along with streaming services from YouTube TV, Hulu Live and Fubo.
KCBD is always available for free if you use an antenna. You can also see our newscasts by downloading our free streaming apps for Android, Roku, Fire and Apple TV. Just search KCBD in your app store.
