While the Texas Tech Lady Raiders (25-7, 12-7 Big 12) are trying to make last week’s 58-51 loss to Kansas State a distant memory, the team is still nationally ranked while heading into the NCAA tournament. Monday morning, they were announced as the No. 25 team in the nation- four spots down from the previous week.
Other Big 12 programs include:
West Virginia (26-6, 17-4), 14. TCU (29-5, 17-4), 21. Baylor (24-8, 13-6).
Colorado (22-7, 12-8) is also receiving votes.
The top five:
UConn (33-0), 2. UCLA (31-1), 3. Texas (31-3), 4. South Carolina (31-3), and 5. LSU (27-5).
The Lady Raiders will find out their tournament destination next Sunday with the selection show set to begin at 7 p.m. CT.
