GREENBRIER, Ark. (KATV) — Arkansas State Police (ASP) have arrested a suspect in connection with an armed road rage incident that took place on March 7 around 12:45 p.m. on U.S. Highway 65 and State Highway 25 North in Greenbrier.
Troopers were given a description of the suspect’s vehicle, which they gave to the Van Buren County Sheriff’s Office (VBCSO). VBCSO deputies would eventually stop the suspected vehicle along U.S. Highway 65, north of Bee Branch.
ASP Troopers also responded to the traffic stop and arrested the driver, who has been identified as 44-year-old Bryan Ezzell of Spring, Texas.
VBCSO deputies would discover a weapon with two round missing matching the one described by the victim inside Ezzell’s pickup truck.
They also found felony amounts of illegal marijuana, psilocybin mushrooms, and drug paraphernalia inside the truck.
Ezzell was then transported to the Faulkner County Detention Center and booked on three counts of Aggravated Assault, three counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, and one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
