A Pottery Barn outlet is opening in Grapevine Towne Center, the shopping center anchored by Target near Texas 114.
The luxury home decor brand is part of Williams-Sonoma Inc. The outlet is leasing 25,027 square feet of space where the Bealls department store used to be.
The Pottery Barn outlet is expected to open this spring. Shoppers can expect to find a wide variety of discounted items including furniture, decor, bedding, lighting and kitchen-dining. A similar outlet is located near Arlington Highlands along Interstate 20.
Weitzman, a Texas-based commercial real estate brokerage and management company, said the new store will keep the Grapevine Towne Center “relevant and convenient for shoppers.” Other tenants in the shopping center, which opened in 1997, include Ross Dress for Less and Office Depot.

“Grapevine Towne Center benefits from a complete renovation that ‘life-styled’ the center with an updated façade with a lighter and brighter paint scheme, along with pedestrian-friendly elements like green space, seating, arbors and other enhancements,” the firm said in a statement.
The complex underwent a major renovation in 2019.
