Whataburger and Mi ChanTe Mexican Cuisine are coming to a shopping center under construction at SH 170 and North Beach Street in the Alliance area of Fort Worth.
The shopping center features five spots with two vacancies, according to Segovia Partners.
The website lists Whataburger, Mi ChanTe and a dentist’s office at tenants. Vacant spaces include a 2,200 square-foot spot and a 1,811 square-foot option, according to the website.

According to a state filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the renovations for Whataburger are $1.18 million. The store will be 3,000 square feet and will feature sit-in dining and a drive-thru.
The hamburger fast food chain will now have a fourth location in the North Fort Worth area, joining Roanoke, Keller and two in Fort Worth: one on Golden Triangle Boulevard and the other on SH 114 near Texas Motor Speedway.

Mi ChanTe Mexican Cuisine is undertaking a $375,000 renovation of a 3,120-square-foot space, according to the TDLR filing. The work will be for interior finish out with new mechanical, electrical and plumbing with an estimated completion date of July 7.
The restaurant menu features items such as grilled corn, burritos, enchiladas, queso fundido and cowboy dip, a mix of grilled shrimp, beef, chicken, and melted cheese.
The business has other locations in Prosper and Providence Village.
