For the game, both teams have announced their injury reports.
Celtics Injury Report

UPDATE: Payton Pritchard has been ruled out.
The Celtics have ruled out John Tonje and Nikola Vucevic.
Payton Pritchard is questionable.
Pritchard is averaging 16.9 points, 4.1 rebounds and 5.4 assists per contest while shooting 46.1% from the field and 36.2% from three-point range in 63 games.

UPDATE: Lindy Waters III has been ruled out.
Meanwhile, the Spurs will be without Harrison Barnes, Harrison Ingram, David Jones Garcia and Emanuel Miller.
Lindy Waters III is questionable.
Underdog NBA wrote: “Mason Plumlee (conditioning) said he’ll be available to make Spurs debut Tuesday.”

Celtics Today
The Celtics come into play as the second seed in the Eastern Conference with a 43-21 record in 64 games.
They most recently beat the Cleveland Cavaliers by a score of 109-98.
Jayson Tatum finished his second game back with 20 points, three rebounds and two assists while shooting 6/16 from the field in 27 minutes of playing time.
The NBA wrote: “SECOND-PLACE SHOWDOWN: The No. 2 teams in each conference square off tonight when the San Antonio Spurs host the Boston Celtics at 8pm/et on NBC and Peacock. The Spurs have won 15 of their past 16 games, while the Celtics are 14-3 over their past 17 games. When the teams met on Jan. 10 in Boston, Victor Wembanyama made two late jump shots to help the Spurs edge the Celtics 100-95.”

After the Spurs, the Celtics will continue action on Thursday when they visit the Oklahoma City Thunder.
They are 22-11 in 33 games on the road.

The Spurs are the second seed in the Western Conference with a 47-17 record in 64 games.
They are winners of four in a row (and nine out of their last ten games).
After the Celtics, the Spurs will host Jamal Murray and the Denver Nuggets on Thursday night in San Antonio.
