AUSTIN, Texas — Authorities have issued an AMBER Alert for a 2-year-old girl who was reportedly abducted in Austin on Wednesday.

According to the alert, Alianna Bernardez Ocampo, a 2-year-old Hispanic female with brown eyes and black hair, was last seen at 1:39 p.m. near the 1900 block of Willow Creek Drive wearing a white T-shirt.

Police say the suspect is Kermith Zapata Bernardez, a 25-year-old Hispanic male who is 5’11” tall, weighs 170 pounds, has brown eyes and black hair, and has a short fade.

Officials believe the suspect may be traveling in a white 2022 Hyundai Venue with Texas license plate SWY9599. Police say the vehicle has damage on the front driver’s side.

Law enforcement is urging the public to remain vigilant and report any sightings of the child, suspect, or vehicle.
