LUBBOCK, Texas (NEWS RELEASE FROM CITY OF LUBBOCK) – Due to impending inclement weather, the City of Lubbock Parks and Recreation Department is postponing the Trick-or-Treat Street at Safety City, from October 24, to Tuesday, October 28.
The event will still take place from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and will be held at Safety City, located at 4500 Avenue U.
