AUSTIN, Texas — Juliet Italian Kitchen will be co-hosting a community 5k run and fundraiser to support the victims and families of the Sixth Street mass shooting.
The Italian restaurant says the community run will be held this Saturday, March 14 beginning at 10 a.m., the race starting and ending at the Juliet location on Barton Springs Road.

Local brands and vendors will be set up in the restaurant’s parking lot after the race to sell their goods, each vendor donating a portion of their proceeds to victims and families.
There will also be a raffle where guests can enter win donated prizes, with all raffle ticket sales being donated to the cause.

The restaurant will also be donated $1 from every item sold during brunch service on Saturday and Sunday.
Juliet Italian Kitchen says they have already raised $15,000 for the cause.
