The Round Rock housing market saw little change in home sales in February, compared to February 2025, with slight upticks in three of four ZIP codes, according to data provided by Unlock MLS.

The median price of homes sold in Round Rock in February also dropped in three of the four ZIP codes, including 78664, 78665 and 78681.

The average price per square foot also declined from $210 to $200.visualizationWhile prices declined slightly, the time homes spent on the market increased in all four Round Rock ZIP codes.
