We spoke with choir director and choir volunteer to learn more about the choir

This morning, we are shining a spotlight on the Alamo City Street Choir. They present a musical outlet to those experiencing homelessness and offer hope through the beauty of singing. Choir Director Tracy Powers joined us along with choir volunteer Larry Fay.

The Alamo City Street Choir is a great way to bring together people and impact those who are struggling with homelessness. Visitors will have a new purpose every single week as well as bringing joy through a new medium that most have maybe not considered.

They sing a little bit of everything, from classical to popular.
