The restaurant division of Mac Haik Enterprises has agreed to open 36 locations of the fast-casual fried-chicken chain across Houston, San Antonio and Austin — Starbird’s largest-ever franchise deal. The first locations are expected to open in 2027.

“This agreement reflects the strength of our business model and the clarity of our long-term vision,” newly appointed Starbird CEO Greg Levin said in MHRG’s news release.
