Griffin is accused of going to First National Bank on Highland Drive on Dec. 1 to cash a check written to her from M Pack Solutions.
“After the check was cashed, First National discovered that the check was fraudulent, containing a false routing number,” the affidavit said.
The bank also learned multiple other branches were victims of fraudulent checks from this company on the same day.
“Griffin’s identity was confirmed by comparing bank camera footage and known photos of her,” the affidavit stated.
Should Griffin make bond, Boling ordered her to wear an ankle monitor.
