EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — Police are investigating an aggravated assault reported early Friday morning in Northeast El Paso.

According to the El Paso Police Department, officers were called to the 4400 block of Dyer Street, at a Dk gas station, at about 3:08 a.m. after receiving a report of an aggravated assault in progress.

Police say one woman was transported to a local hospital following the incident.

Surveillance video shows the moment she walked into the gas station with blood on her clothing.

In the video, it appears she is holding some type of knife in her hand.

The employee sees her and then goes to look at the door while the woman sits on the floor.

Her condition has not been released.

Authorities say no arrests have been made.

The investigation remains ongoing.
