EL PASO, TEXAS — People were evacuated from a neighborhood in Far East El Paso following a gas leak near Vanderveer Drive and Buffalo Bill, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office confirmed.

A spokesperson said Texas Gas Service estimated repairs would take two to four hours.
