Lake Highlands residents won’t have to travel too far this St. Patrick’s Day to celebrate as local restaurants and bars are offering festive specials and neighborhood-friendly atmospheres.

Lochland’s Irish Pub:
Lochland’s will open early at 11 a.m. on March 17 for St. Patrick’s Day, giving its guests a head start on the celebration.

The neighborhood pub will host its celebration outdoors in its beer garden, where entertainment will take place throughout the day:

Noon to 2 p.m.: Traditional Irish pub songs by Claddagh
2 p.m.: Performance by the Inishfree School of Irish Dance
3 p.m.: Performance by the McLane School

3-5 p.m.: Claddagh returns for live music
6-8 p.m.: Session music by Reel Treble

The restaurant will also serve Irish favorites including corned beef and cabbage, shepherd’s pie and fish and chips, all available while supplies last. A $10 cover charge will be required, and the restaurant will not accept reservations.

Shady’s Burgers & Brewhaha:
At Shady’s Burgers & Brewhaha, guests can take advantage of all-day drink specials.

The restaurant will be offering $3 non-craft draft beers and $6.50 margaritas, providing an affordable and casual option for holidaygoers.

With a mix of live entertainment, traditional food and drink deals, both neighborhood spots offer convenient ways for Lake Highlands locals to celebrate close to home.
