HOUSTON — Megan Reyna joined KHOU 11 as a reporter in March of 2026.
She comes from San Antonio, where she’s spent the last 2 ½ years at KENS 5 as a nightside reporter.
During her time at KENS, she chased breaking news, high-profile crime stories, and immigration enforcement.
She was born and raised in The Woodlands and her family has deep roots in Houston.
Previously, she was a morning anchor in Huntsville, Alabama where she won an award for her reporting on child abuse.
Her broadcast career started in Lubbock, Texas.
Megan attended Texas Tech University (Wreck ‘em!) and graduated with a journalism and dance degree.
Outside of news, Megan says that she loves dancing, binging TV shows, and hanging out with her pets and fiancé.
Her dream has always been to report in Houston & serve the community.
