Detectives with the Sheriff’s Office Organized Crime Unit identified Rodriguez as a suspect following an extensive investigation. Rodriguez is now being held in the Williamson County Jail on a $1 million bond.
The Sheriff’s Office said the arrest reflects its commitment to holding individuals accountable for distributing dangerous narcotics.
“The Williamson County Sheriff’s Office Organized Crime Unit worked tirelessly over the course of this investigation, dedicating significant time and resources to pursuing justice for the victim and his family. Their persistence and commitment were instrumental in bringing this case forward.” the agency said.
