EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — Taco Cabana restaurants in El Paso are celebrating authentic Mexican flavors with it’s new menu launching on March 18.
The new items include quesabirria tacos, and dishes like carnitas, pork verde, chicken mole and barbacoa.
The restaurants in El Paso will also be serving menudo on the weekends, according to a Taco Cabana spokesperson.

“We’re excited to bring more authentic Mexican flavors to our El Paso guests,” said Ulyses Camacho, President and COO of Taco Cabana. “El Paso has a deep culinary heritage, and this test allows us to explore how these traditional flavors resonate with our guests as we evaluate opportunities for future menu innovation.”
