ARLINGTON, Texas (KTRE) – Former Nacogdoches Dragon Reid Bowyer picked up his second win of the season in SFA’s 4-1 victory over UT Arlington on Tuesday.
The senior has a 4.97 ERA in 12 2/3 innings this season.
Bowyer entered the game in the third inning. He pitched 3 2/3 innings, allowing one hit while striking out two and walking one. Nacogdoches’ Cermodrick Bland started in center field and went 0-for-2 with a walk.
SFA has won two games in a row and improved to 13-9 overall. The Lumberjacks host Tarleton State for a three-game series beginning Friday.
