LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) -The Lubbock Metropolitan Special Crimes Unit is investigating a man’s death after he was struck by a vehicle early Friday morning.
At 3:41 a.m., officers responded to reports of a dead body possibly struck by a car. Upon arrival, police found 51-year-old Shawn Bowen.
EMS arrived where they pronounced Bowen dead at the scene.
Police say a suspect has been identified but no arrests have been made.
